このメールは、国際社会に、地球上の人道上の犯罪を撲滅するために、

私の住む身近な日本での不法な司法行政を暴露していきます。

日本政府は、世界が悩んでいる移民問題で、

国際法、日本国憲法、入管法（移民法）に基づかない「人道上の違法な犯罪行為」で、

合法的な理由で入国させた労働者外国人を、

法就労の理由で、刑事犯罪人にして、使い捨てにして、国外退去させています。

この犯罪行為はトランプ大統領の「アメリカ第一主義」とは全く違う、

極めて極悪な犯罪行為です。

日本国内での解決は、国会議員への訴えも虚しく枯渇しましたので、国際社会に訴えます。

すでに、ＩＣＣへ告訴（情報通知）をしましたが、

国際社会の皆様も理解して下さい。

そしてまたＩＣＣに対して、テロ問題を解決する上でも、

私やKinｇungakuは、何ら犯罪が思科されないし、犯罪行為をしていないとは」を述べます。

まず資格外の不法就労を中国人4人について述べます。

日本は、「不法就労」に対して、不法就労した外国人を「入管法」７０条「不法就労罪」で事処分します。

そして不法就労させた事業者を入管法７３の２条「不法就労助長罪」で、両者を平等に刑事処分します。

これは、日本国憲法の「法の下での平等」や

恣意的に外国人を処分することを禁じた

「国際法」（市民権と政治的権利に関する国際規約）に反しないように立法しています。

不法就労は、働く資格のないが外国人と、

働く資格のない外国人を雇用した事業者を平等に処分するのが、

国際法であり、日本国憲法であり、入管法です。

この中国人4人は「入管法」７０条「不法就労罪」の規定する資格外活動を行い不法就労をしました。

しかし、この4人の中国人を雇用した事業者は入管法７３の２条「不法就労助長罪」で処分されていません。

明らかでしょう！

この事件では、外国人だけを恣意的に刑事処分しています。
