「ＩＣＣへ提訴した日本政府の人道上の犯罪シリーズ」ＮＯ17です。

このメールは、国際社会に、地球上の人道上の犯罪を撲滅するために、

私の住む身近な日本での不法な司法行政を暴露していきます。

日本政府は、世界が悩んでいる移民問題で、

国際法、日本国憲法、入管法（移民法）に基づかない「人道上の違法な犯罪行為」で、

合法的な理由で入国させた労働者外国人を、

不法就労の理由で、刑事犯罪人にして、使い捨てにして、国外退去させています。

この犯罪行為はトランプ大統領の「アメリカ第一主義」とは全く違う、

極めて極悪な犯罪行為です。日本国内での解決は、

国会議員への訴えも虚しく枯渇しましたので、国際社会に訴えます。

すでに、ＩＣＣへ告訴（情報通知）をしましたが、国際社会の皆様も理解して下さい。

そしてまたＩＣＣに対して、テロ問題を解決する上でも、最

優先でこの問題を糾弾するように圧力をかけて下さい。

中国人の不法就労に対して、その幇助行為をしたとして、国際法を遵守するため創設された、

不法就労に対する幇助行為や助長行為を規定した特別法である「不法就労助長罪」でなく、

不法にも、「内容虚偽の雇用契約書」を提供したから、在留資格が容易に得られた。

それで日本におられた。日本におられたから不法就労ができた。

との因果関係で、一般法である刑法の「幇助罪」を乱用しました。

検察官の「起訴状」にも、中国人は「内容虚偽の雇用契約書」を受取り、

その「内容虚偽の雇用契約書」を東京入管に提出した事実が記載されています。

刑法の一般法より、入管法の規定が優先されますので、

この行為は、入管法22条の４－４（虚偽の書類提出）に対する刑法の幇助行為と言えます。

中国人4人は、この「内容虚偽の雇用契約書」が事実であるとすれば、

中国人4人は、入管法22条の４－４（虚偽の書類提出）で、法務大臣から国外退去を命じられます。

しかし中国人は、法務大臣から（虚偽の書類提出）違反で、国外退去を命じられていません。

堂々と、人権に反する罪を犯しています。罪もないのに、

長期間にわたり、逮捕・拘禁し、罰金まで搾取して、長期間、懲役刑にしたのです。
