北朝鮮の拉致監禁が犯罪ならば、日本政府の行為も犯罪です。

もはや日常的に、国際法違反による「人道上の犯罪』が行われていますので、
緊急に支援をお願いします。

そしてまたＩＣＣに対して、テロ問題や北朝鮮の拉致問題を解決する上でも、

この問題が国際法の下で解決すれば、北朝鮮の不法な拉致監禁問題も解決するはずです。

こうした事件は私たちだけでは在りません。
私の知る限り２０１４年、２０１５年には、
フィリピン大使館職員や外交官も同様の不法な論理で「幇助罪」が適用され刑事処分されております。
在日フィリッピン大使館の職員や外交官が、
フィリッピン人を運転手として雇用するとして「雇用契約書」を発行しました。
運転手はその雇用契約書で「特定活動ビザ」を取得しましたが、
在日フィリッピン大使館の運転手の仕事につかず造園会社で働きました。
この場合も、フィリッピン人運転手（複数名）は資格外活動の不法就労罪で逮捕されましたが、
フィリッピン人運転手（複数名）を雇用した造園会社の責任者は、
入管法が規定する「不法就労助長罪」で逮捕されていません。
不法就労とは関係ない大使館職員や外交官を逮捕や起訴をしています。
この事件も、法律に基づかない不法な逮捕・監禁をしていますので、犯罪です。
法に基づかない恣意的な逮捕監禁をしているので「人道上の罪」にあたる国際法違反です。
北朝鮮の拉致監禁が犯罪ならば、日本の拉致監禁も犯罪です。
不法な「拉致・監禁」に、「良い」「悪い」はありません。
もはや日常的に、国際法違反による「人道上の犯罪』が行われていますので、
アメリカ政府には、北朝鮮と同様な対応をお願いします。
