拝啓、私は日本人です。偉大な大統領を尊敬しています。

１１月に日本を訪問するトランプ大統領が日本での滞在中、

北朝鮮に拉致された横田めぐみさんらの拉致被害者家族と面会する方向で調整を進めている。

米国では、北朝鮮を旅行中に拘束された米国人学生が帰国後の６月に死去した事件が発生して以来、

北朝鮮による拉致・人権問題への批判が高まっており、

トランプ政権は北朝鮮の人権侵害を国際社会に提起していく方針だ。

トランプ大統領が、北朝鮮の人権侵害を国際社会に提起してくれることに感謝します。

しかし、日本政府の不法な拉致監禁（人権問題）についても、

国際社会に提起して下さい。拉致に「良い」・「悪い」はありません。

北朝鮮や中国、日本、韓国、台湾は「儒教思想」の国家です。

「面子（メンツ）」（「面目・体裁・世間体」）を重んじます。

北朝鮮には、面子を立てる（相手に敬意を払って、

他の人が見てる前で相手に恥をかかさないこと）ことが重要なのです。

この問題に対して、北朝鮮の金正恩委員長には、

在北京大使館などを経由して、何度も手紙やメールをしています。

私は彼に対して、「北朝鮮は日本人拉致被害者を開放する条件として、

日本に対して、日本政府がした外国人に対する不法な拉致監禁（人権問題）を謝罪し賠償するならば、

日本人拉致者を解放しても良いと言いなさい。」と言ったのです。

北朝鮮だけを悪者にしては、アメリカに正義がありません。

アメリカ政府そしてトランプ大統領の正義に期待しています。

日本国家による、北朝鮮以上の人道上の犯罪を支援してください。

日本法だけでなく国際法違反です。

私だけでなく、中国人やフィリッピン人ら多くの外国人が犠牲になっています。

日本政府による「人道上の犯罪」から救ってください。
