このメールは、国際社会に、人道上の犯罪を撲滅するために、

私の住む身近な日本での不法な司法行政を暴露していきます。

北朝鮮の拉致監禁が犯罪ならば、日本政府の行為も犯罪です。

不法な「拉致・監禁」に、「良い」・「悪い」はありません。

もはや日常的に、国際法違反による「人道上の犯罪』が行われていますので、

緊急に支援をお願いします。

本日のＥメール内容は、

拝啓、私は日本人です。偉大な大統領を尊敬しています。

仮に「内容虚偽の雇用契約書」で法務大臣より技術や人文国際の在留資格を得たとしても、

技術や人文国際の在留資格の範囲で働いていれば、

不法就労（資格外活動）にならないことは明らかです。

しかし「内容虚偽の雇用契約書」等を提出して、

審査を受け技術や人文国際等の在留資格を受けた場合は、入管法22条の４０４（在留資格取消）により、

法務大臣より在留資格を取り消され退去強制の命令が出されます。

したがって「内容虚偽の雇用契約書」を提出した事実は、不法就労とはなんら関係のないものです。

彼等が不法就労者になったのは、

働く資格のない在留資格の外国人を、雇用して、働かせた事業者の責任であることは自明の理であります。

「起訴状」に記載の「訴因」（犯罪の理由）は、入管法２２の４条の４「在留資格取消」の事実を記載しており、

そうであれば、刑法よりも入管法が適用されるのが、法の論理です。

北朝鮮による日本人の拉致監禁が人道上の犯罪ならば、日本の拉致監禁も人道上の犯罪です。

世界は、法の下で、平等に処分されるべきです。

トランプ大統領が来月、日本を訪問した際、

北朝鮮による日本人拉致を安倍首相と協議する際、日本政府による拉致監禁問題も協議してください。
